Returning

Personalizing your sobbo is a matter of trying out what your body needs and sleeping on a sobbo can take some getting used to. Of course you can decide within the 30-day period that the pillow does not suit you. Then you can send it back. If you send us an E-mail to contact@sobbo.eu and clearly state your order number we will send you a return label. We want to make this easier for you, so we are working hard on an automated return system.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the costs for returning and we'd like to explain why. If you return your sobbo, we have to break down a large part of the product, because we can no longer sell it (for example the pillowcase and the cover). We believe it is important that our customers receive a new, hygienic product. We prefer not to waste material because sustainability is one of our most important values. That is why we try to recycle the degraded raw materials, but unfortunately some part will always go to waste. With this return policy we hope to prevent customers from simply ordering and returning sobbo (unfortunately this happens a lot when people shop online), but only do so if there is real interest.

You may like to know that 96% of our customers are happy with sobbo and therefore do not incur return costs :)

Returning costs € 7.50. We deduct this amount from your purchase amount. Of course you are also very welcome to bring the package yourself to our studio in Arnhem.
